Skipping Summer

All our grandiose plans for this summer are being cast aside as the snow continues to fall here. Feels like we just skipped summer and dove right back into winter. The course was open for all of two days...

Happy Mother's Day, Mom!

 

Wishing my mom a very happy Mother's Day. Disappointed to be thousands of miles away, especially after realizing how similar we are (as shown here, both very much enjoying the warmth of the fireplace during our last trip). Thankful to the Lord for blessing me with such a supportive, creative and thoughtful woman as my mother.

Cody and I celebrated the last weekend before the course opened with some of our favorite things. We were blessed with lovely weather but too few hours.
