While everyone in the lower 48 is celebrating the first day of spring, we're merely celebrating more daylight and no snow (today). We're gaining approximately 5 minutes of daylight each day, so the sun isn't setting until about 8pm now.
Nothing super exciting to report from AK here. It's still cold and snow-covered, but the temps are on the raise (low 20s being the rise). We've been enjoying time outside with Wilson. After just a couple nights of 'intense treat training', he learned roll-over. He's actually pretty bright when he wants to be. Otherwise, Cody and I have both been busy working. Cody is getting ready for his trip to San Antonio at the end of the month. He's looking forward to seeing his parents as they plan to drive down to see him while he's there (I assume he's looking forward to the slightly warmer weather as well).
