Technically it's spring here, but often it doesn't feel like it. This weekend was rather cold and windy which made for a disappointingly slow pro shop. However, the course is moving to full course (shoulder season) tomorrow, so no more temporary greens. Even though they opened later than last year, the greens are in much better conditions.
Cody had to work most of the weekend but we were able to take the interns (the two that have arrived so far) to the range last night and on a short cart tour of the course. We also took them to Flattop and while they were impressed with the view, they're having a hard time acclimating to the 45 degree temps compared to their accustomed 90 (silly Oklahoma folk). Cody's eager to get them trained up so he'll have more help in the pro shop and will hopefully be able to have more flexible hours.
Wilson and I enjoyed a run along the Coastal trail yesterday and headed to our regular park this afternoon. I tried to take a few pictures of the scenery... still looks a little bleak, but the trees are finally blooming.
