Morning over the Mountains

I'm enjoying yet another day off work (advantage- shift workers! we can get random days off since our holidays are still being repaid from last year. I think today is my Christmas Eve holiday).

Cody and I are hot on the trail of acquiring a new family member! By some weird work of God, we came across a young golden retriever in need of rehoming. We're set to pick him up tomorrow morning!

We also enjoyed a 10 degree day (to the positive!) yesterday, which meant snow. Luckily we only got about an inch, but it was a lovely break from the constant negative temperatures.
